Robert Kisselburgh has almost twenty years experience representing people seriously injured by others. Over the years, Robert has represented people seriously injured in car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, and on the job injuries as well as representing individuals against some of the largest corporations in the world. Robert has represented individuals in complex litigation throughout the country, including federal or state courts in Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.C..
Robert has spoken nationally on the litigation process in addition to the use of technology in the courtroom. He has appeared on Good Morning America, and CBS Evening News with Dan Rather and interviewed or featured on National Public Radio, Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, Time Magazine, Texas Lawyer, and the Mississippi Business Journal.
Robert is licensed to practice law in all courts in Mississippi and Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Robert received his B.S from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, a M.S. from Texas A&M University-Commerce and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Mississippi Association for Justice, Mississippi Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Robert is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as a result of his trial experience and recoveries for clients.
Robert is currently the president of the Madison-Gluckstadt Rotary, previously a leader in the Boy Scouts of America, and has also taught legal courses as an adjunct professor. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force from 1979 to 1987. He is married with 3 children, 2 step-children, 1 granddaughter, and a golden retriever. He and his wife attend Pinelake Church.
